Spa Policies

 
  • Only customers receiving a service will be allowed in the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED. IF YOU COME WITH CHILD, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY**

  • If you arrive more than 15 MINUTES LATE, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We do this to remain compliant with COVID measures as well as to respect our other clients and our staff.

  • No more than 10 people will be allowed in the salon at any one time

  • Each area, all tools, stations and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client

  • All staff have updated certification on Sanitation protocols via Barbacide ™ and OSHA.gov

  • Water will be provided in single use to-go cups.

  • All furniture in the lobby, door knobs and handles, checkout counter and credit card machine will be sanitized after every client.

  • In the treatment rooms, all towels will be washed and sanitized after every client. All of our linens are washed and sanitized several times throughout the week.

  • All hard surfaces in treatment rooms will be sanitized after every client.

  • Again, we ask that you arrive to your appointment ON TIME and wait in your car if you arrive early.

  • We ask that all New Clients fill out New Client Paperwork BEFORE arriving (if possible). Download the paperwork HERE.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • If you are not feeling well, please do not come in!

  • Please make sure you do call us to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours of your appointment or no-show, we will charge you $25 for your appointment as per the late cancel/no-show policy.

SKIN CONDITION:

  • Face and treatments are not recommended on recently sunburned skin.

  • We also recommend that all ladies do not shave at least four hours prior to receiving a body treatment.

  • We request that all male guests do not shave the same day as their facial appointment.

CHILDREN:

  • We do NOT allow children, please arrange for childcare in advance of your appointment to respect the quiet of our adult environment.

  • We do not have things for them to play with or a supervised waiting area.

  • IF YOU SHOW UP WITH A CHILD, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

DURING YOUR VISIT:

  • Upon arrival, you will fill out New Client paperwork if it is your first visit, where you will wait for your spa specialist to meet you.

  • Next, for your session you will be escorted to a private room to begin your session.

  • Your comfort is important to us. If necessary, our professional spa specialists will drape your body to unveil only the portion of the body that is being treated for every session.

ALCOHOL/TOBACCO:

  • Sobella is a smoke-free facility.

  • Alcohol is not permitted within the spa.

  • For your best health and safety, we do not recommend excessive consumption of alcohol before or after your treatments. The detoxifying effects of these services along with the dehydrating effects of excessive alcohol consumption are contraindicated.

HEALTH:

  • A brief health form and release must be completed prior to salon or spa services. This information assists our spa specialists to plan for your service and to assure your maximum safety and comfort.

  • Please advise us in advance of any special medical or physical conditions such as allergies, pregnancy, high blood pressure, complicated health issues or special needs.

  • We reserve the right to decline service to guests who are in the first stage of pregnancy, have complicated medical issues that spa services may be contraindicated or those who have arrived visibly intoxicated.

PRICES/SERVICE CHARGES/GRATUITIES:

  • All prices and services subject to change without notice.  Gratuities are appreciated, and can be accepted in cash, CashAPP, or Credit/Debit Card.

  • All purchases of prepaid discounted packages are final and non-refundable.

  • Sobella reserves the right to make exceptions, however, used services are non-refundable.

  • By booking an appointment and receiving a service, the client is agreeing to our Spa Policies and thus responsible for complete payment and service charge.

SPA PAYMENTS:

  • We accept cash, all major credit cards, Sobella gift certificates and personal checks.

  • Payments are charged to your card only after you check in, unless you purchase a package, then payment is taken at purchase time.

  • All rates subject to applicable additional fees and taxes.

REFUND POLICY:

  • We strive to provide you with the best possible spa experience, therefore please let us know the day of your purchase or service if you have a concern or complaint. Services and sales are final and non-refundable. Dis-satisfactory services may be eligible for similar services of the same value.

  • All purchases of prepaid discounted packages are final and non-refundable. The Spa reserves the right to make exceptions, however, used services are non-refundable. By booking an appointment and receiving a service, the client is agreeing to our Spa Policy and thus responsible for complete payment of the package and any service charges.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

  • Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for anniversaries, birthdays, corporate incentives, holidays, thank you gift or for any year round gift giving. Please inquire at 770-559-9900

  • Gift Certificates may be used for services, service charge or Sobella retail products. Sobella gift certificates do not expire, but they do lose value over time and may not be redeemed for cash. The Spa cannot replace lost or stolen gift certificates and actual gift certificate must be presented at the time of service.
